On the obverse, you will find both the head of an eagle and the spread wings of a soaring eagle. Around the upper right are the words Strength, Freedom, Pride and you will also find the words In God We Trust. On the reverse side, you will find a waving flag and around the rim the words Tenth Troy Ounce .999 Fine Silver and Golden State Mint.

Buffalos:
The obverse of the round depicts a Native American with the motto ”LIBERTY” on top right. The reverse (back) of the rounds depicts a standing American bison (buffalo) atop a mound of dirt. Supposedly, the bison was modelled after "Black Diamond" in the New York Central Park Zoo.
